To the Naysayers Who Say Our Local Economy is Failing......

SR24 will start construction this Spring. One mile in length, but years in waiting for this relief. However, that one mile will improve access to a large volume of traffic coming from Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Johnson Ranch, so it is well worth it. I welcome it and the future industries and jobs it will bring. So, please show this to the naysayers who say our local economy is failing......

GM Proving Grounds site will boost this area with 800 planned new homes

Mesa's laying groundwork for airport-area business growth

Tourism boom in E.V.: More Gateway Airport passengers a big factor.

First Solar manufacturing plant with over 600 proposed jobs; the proposed 1,500-room Gaylord resort and all the jobs it will provide. All in the works because of Mesa and friends progressive moves and ability to project it's needs well into the future.

We like GOOD FACTUAL NEWS; NOT CONSTANT ALARMING NEWS and MISINFORMATION THAT WE ARE FAILING or SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY and NEED to CUT CUT CUT.

We don't have to live with those types of antiquated living standards or thought processes, while other citizens are buying yachts for pleasure rides and expanding their businesses in other countries creating jobs for foreigners.

YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO CREATE EFFECTIVE RESULTS.

That's business 101. It's "Smart" spending that rules the day.

Evidence shows this to be a true statement. In our current delima, austerity should be attained by collecting (taxes) from those who are not struggling...the VERY rich...not by the struggling middle class or poorer segments of the population. Common Sense.

Why should we, the Citizens, be punished or forced to repay the debts of our oppressors who put us in this mess in the first place? The same oppressors who are giving out huge bonuses and paying 15% to 0% on their taxes during these depressing times and hardships already placed upon us. Let them fund our depleted bank accounts with the money they still owe us, instead of spreading their wealth amongst themselves in the form of bonuses and expansion into other world economies, where they will owe us 0...NOTHING, in taxes or revenue.

Thanks Mesa and others involved who PLAN well, state the FACTS and give us HOPE for successes in our own home town economies.
